Board Election and Annual Meeting important Dates:
April 3 - Deadline to submit your name to be considered for a board position
April 10 - Deadline to submit a 750 word bio due to the board to be considered for a board position
April 17 - Pre-voting for board members at Hardees ice plex
April 23 - Pre-voting for board members at Hardees ice plex
April 24 - Annual Meeting at Double tree Hotel
Chesterfield Hockey Association invites members in good standing, who feel they can contribute to the continued success of the club, to submit their name to be a candidate for the CHA Board of Directors.
CHA elections will take place on Thursday, April 24th, 2008. Three CHA Board positions are open and the term is for three years. All members in good standing are eligible to run for the CHA Board. Submit your name to: info@chesterfieldhockey.com no later than 5pm on Thursday, April 3rd. You will receive a return email confirming your candidacy.
A 750 word bio and position statement will then be requested by Thursday, April 10th, to help CHA members decide who to cast their ballots for.
The CHA 2008 Annual Meeting and
Board of Directors Elections will be held

Thursday, April 24th, 2008 @ 7pm
at the Double Tree Hotel

Voting takes place the night of the Annual meeting. In addition, CHA members who are unable to attend the annual meeting may pre-vote at either of these two times:
- Thursday 4/17/08 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Hardee's IcePlex (outside the CHA office)
- Wednesday 4/23/08 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Hardee's IcePlex (outside the CHA office)
3 of the 9 outgoing Director positions will be filled. The term of service is three years and specific board positions are voted on at the first Board meeting following the elections.
