CHA's Minimum Coaching Requirements
In order to coach a team at Chesterfield, candidates must meet these minimum requirements:

All coaching positions are approved by the CHA Board. Questions should be directed to our Coaching Director, .
- All head and assistant coaches must be certified at the appropriate level by December 31st, 2006

17-and-Under (Midget)Level 4 Midget (Tier I and Tier II National Tournament Bound) Coaches must renew their certifications every three years or advance to the next certification level. Once a coach has reached Level 4, certificates no longer need to be renewed.

- Coaches must submit a notarized screening application to Missouri Hockey.
Any adult involved with a team, in a coaching or managerial position, must submit a background check application as required by Missouri Hockey. A list of approved adults is maintained on Missouri Hockey's website. Once approved, these screenings must be renewed every three years. Once a coach is assigned to a team, this application must be submitted to our coaching director. CHA pays for up to three applications per team.
