Annual Meeting

We are pleased to announce that the Chesterfield Hockey Association Board of Directors will be holding the Annual Meeting at the Maryville University Hockey Center on May 27th, starting at 7:00 PM. All active CHA members are welcome to attend.

The agenda for the meeting will include items such as: a recap of last season, key updates on programs for the 2025-2026 season, information about our expanding partnership with Maryville University, future plans for expanding our facilities and much more! The official agenda will be posted on April 27th on the CHA website.

A key component of this meeting is the election of Board Members. Board terms are three years, and each year, three positions are up for election. If you are interested in being considered for a position, please submit your nomination in writing to the Board of Directors at board@chesterfieldhockey.com no later than 7:00 PM Central Time on April 12th. Any nominations received after this time will be invalid without exception.

The full list of candidates for the Board, as well as the official agenda for the May 27th meeting, will be posted on the CHA website on April 27th.
